Please note that Aliexpress offers millions of products, and manufacturers in conjunction with Alibaba will vary the commissions payable to publishers from time to time. Commissions range from 1.8% and 5.4%, based on product categories. 
Custom banners can be made upon request in multiple languages. Commissions track in real-time but will delay until the item is paid for and shipped to the consumer. This means publishers will not be paid until Alibaba confirm payment and shipping and also pay their monthly invoice to Webgains. Search （SEO, PPC etc）: Publishers are not allowed to use terms (keywords and logos) identical with or similar to any trademarks, registered or domain names of Alibaba.com and AliExpress.com.

Incentive/ Voucher code: Not Allowed
Mobile: Allowed, but note Alibaba cannot track the data from APP purchases

Toolbar: Allowed, but no false or misleading content
Browser Plugin:Allowed, but no false or misleading content
Pop up and Pop under: Allowed, but for all PPV (Pay per view) traffic, including but not limited to Slide, Footer Ad, Interstitial, Pop Under, etc., Advertiser or the Network shall provide an intermediary landing page to the Network so that such PPV traffic will not be directly linked to Advertiser's Landing Page URL. 
Please note that while most products are currently commissionable on the AliExpress platform, there are some non-commissionable products on the AliExpress platform, meaning the commission rate for a qualifying purchase of non-commissionable products will be 0%, which applies also on cashback affiliates/ sites and extension channels. 
Therefore, some items will generate an error message or a ‘Non-Affiliated Product’ / ‘Non-Commissionable Products’ message if you try to use the Deep Link Generator / Link Checker tool. 
The reason why you get this message is that these items are from sellers who are not participating in the AliExpress affiliate program. 
Therefore, as these items have a lower margin, AliExpress would prefer that all affiliates do not proactively push these items and deep link to them.
